Wind energy, in particular, enjoys proven technology, a well-established and dependable supply chain and large service organizations.

India is already ranked fourth in solar and wind installations in the world and has witnessed an unprecedented growth in the last few years, having added 5.5 GW in both wind and Solar in FY 17.

This growth is expected to be even faster considering the aggressive targets set by the Government, further improvement in technology, and increasing interest from global players requiring over $ 100bn of investments in the next 5 years.
